TheGirl and I went to a Chinese restaurant in Chinatown tonight. Here are some pictures.
I was given a menu, but there wasnt a menu in it. Got myself an actual menu from a pile that was sitting behind me. Hot tea was nice, since my stomach was empty. It took forever, it seemed, for us to order some food. It was more like ten minutes, but when youre hungry and youre in a restaurant ten minutes is a lot to wait for a waiter to take our order. TheGirl decided to make faces at me while I photographed all this for posterity. The food finally came out, and it was super tasty. Im definitely going back for the orange chicken. The service was nearly terrible, but the food made up for it. I shall return, but now I know what to expect. * * * * * *This weekend TheChisel is coming down to hang with TheGirl. She told me the other day that she likes being spoiled, and that TheChisel spoils her. Well see how long that lasts, seeing as he doesnt have a job anymore. Speaking of TheGirl, we pretty much spent the entire weekend together. Last night, new years eve, we went down to Orange Grove and checked out the floats as they line up for the big Rose parade. We did that three years ago, two years ago, and this year. It will likely be the last time. End Communication. |
