 Location: Pfeiffer Big Sur State Park Story: I took this photo on my last trip up to Carmel. On my way home I stopped off at the Lodge at Pfeiffer Big Sur State Park. I got out of the car and looked up. The leaves on the tree looked otherworldly. Their color was so deep, and it was so quiet at that moment. Tourist like me flock to Big Sur because of subtle beauty like this. I can’t wait to return. |
